At what point in the series do they start the "Previously On"?

I may be wrong but isn't it the second episode? I vaguely remember there being one very early on, but done with a weird creepy voice rather than giles'

When I mean "start" I mean like a regular thing

What do you mean by regular cos the first season is only short, so if it's done a few times then I would say it's regular.
