ATF: Any good?

I read it, and kind of regretted reading it until 2 weeks ago. The Crown Prince Syndrome (#28 & 29) treats Aftermath as canon, and I'm enjoying TCPS thus far.

Either way, I strongly recommend picking up After the Fall Epilogue: Become What You Are #23
(which is just the final issue of After the Fall).

And I found Boys and Their Toys #26 & 27 to be very enjoyable (also by Brian Lynch).

The biggest reason you shouldnt read aftermath is because it manages to make angel with a cheetah not be cool. Thats like scientifically impossible. Its insane. its cats and dogs living together logic.

I definitely prefer ATF over Buffy Season 8. It's just better written and the tone succeeds more at staying true to the original series, in my opinion. Though I always prefer Buffy over Angel the Series, I've got to say that ATF is more compelling to me.

It's not just your opinion, even Joss said that ATF stays more true to the TV series 🙂

Gotta agree with the majority here, ATF is a great series and much better than Buffy S8, definately give it a go.

So, I eventually to the plunge and bought the first couple of volumes of ATF and Spike:ATF. Just finished the first volume and rather enjoyed it. Reading comics is definately different to the TV show, and requires a different mindset. But overall, I really enjoyed it, and am looking forward to reading the next one.
