Nope,only Moderators and Administrators can have custom avatars.

I'll do next time if I have a question. I asked because I wanted one of Kendra, maybe the administrators or who ever does this could consider putting some avys of her and maybe Illyria also.

You can make suggestions, I'm sure they have no quarrals to that. Also what may make them really like you is if you make them as well. Less work for the Powers That Be (as so to speak) that way.

There are many reasons we don't take avs from people, and it being a hassle is not one of them 😉
