Yes, take Angel first. Then you can enjoy the greatness that's Firefly and Serenity. Not enough people give it a chance. I'm a fan of all his work though so not like Dr. Horrible and Dollhouse are bad, they're anything but.

Yes! We need more people that share the love of those season. Too many get caught in the "The high school years are the real Buffy." Which they are allowed to think but it's nice to see someone that likes the later seasons.

Giles is awesome! Do you read the comics? What did you think of what happened to Giles in season 8?

Yeah don't get me wrong, I love season 2 and 3 but IMO season 5-7 are my favorite ones. I'm glad you like them too! Maybe it's because I'm older but I prefer the more "adult Buffy" and her real world problems.

Besides Once More With Feeling has to be one of my most favorite episodes. It's just so brilliant...

Fear Itself is such a fun episode, I love how everyone's fears were revealed in the way they were...

I don't read the comics, though I might if I ever have time to, but I'm aware of what happened to Giles in issue 39. I have mixed feelings about it. If it were in the show I'd be devastated that my favorite actor and character are no longer in it. But that factor is not present. So, I'm mostly sad for a character I loved, but also kind of jazzed that he went out as a hero (bringing the scythe to Buffy even though he was clearly aware of the risk). Giles ALWAYS put the mission ahead of his own self interest, and he died as he lived.

Yeah I agree with what you're saying. If people want the comics they're out there for them, or they can just enjoy the 7 fabulous seasons we had of the best show on television!

Favorite season finale huh? Tough one but I'll go with The Gift. I love that episode and always cry at the end....🙁

Plus Glory is a total badass!!!
