I don't like blanket name recommendations, because i think the last name is an important decider in what the first name should be. That being said, I like gender neutral uni - sex names myself, like morgan, dylan, logan, etc. for girls a lot. But very feminine names are also nice.
Of the buffyverse names I can't say, because I associate the name with the character too much to be objective. I like wesley, but it's because it flows well with his full name and because he's such a memorable person. It could fall flat and lack taste like day old soda for another person. I don't know.
