Was I the only one who nearly gone mad because they never showed how Willow tries to explain the others about Buffys dead? Season 2 ended so cool, Willow is waiting for Angel after he returns with the others from Lorns world. Then in the beginning of season 3 Angel is gone out to find inner peace in a monestary. Willow wasn't there, there had been about three weeks ago from season 2! That made me sad. Wanted to see Willow and Angel and Cordi!

I felt as if it would have been weird if they had showed Willow telling Angel what happened. It just seemed kind of unnecessary. I'm not sure if Buffy was still on the WB back then...if so, then I think that episode might have aired right before Angel. I could be totally wrong though.
Also, why would Willow stay in LA for the whole summer? Haha when season 3 of Angel begins, it takes place approx. 3 months after the events of season 2. She had to go back to Sunnydale to take care of Dawn/help with the slaying.

Weird? Sure. But I wished I could see how Angel react. I was interested how Alyson and David would act. It was just like a personally desire to see how they will handle this "hot" topic. Instead they skipped it totally. That made me sad.ProphecyGirl65 said:

Well I meant weird as in...awkward and kind of unnecessary, but at the same time I would have liked to see it. It was probably super frustrating for people who had no idea what happened in The Gift. I don't know haha I kind of liked that it was up to us to imagine how that conversation went down.

Haha I love awkward moments too, I guess it just felt...right to end it the way that they did. But I also understand why you wish we'd seen more, because I am dying to know how they all would have played that scene. I also haven't encountered anyone on here who has but I'm sure that there are some fans out there who started with Angel. Joss wanted the show to be watchable without having to have seen Buffy. I'm sure that most Angel fans were Buffy fans first, though.

Yes. Unfortunately I missed more crossover-episodes. I love seeing parts of Buffy slipping into Angel and the other way around! There had been some great chances for some episodes. This scene with Willow for example could have been a great crossover-episode!

Well there weren't any crossovers in season 6 🙁 which was unbelievably lame. Apparently the WB wanted AtS to separate itself from Buffy (since BTVS moved to UPN) which is why we don't see the meet up, that Buffy talks about at the end of Flooded, in either episode.
