That's okay, it was at least an improvement over the "Puppet Masters" movie. (Anyhow, I thought that they were ripping off "Invasion Of The Body Snatchers.)

Actually Jack Finney's novel(which the film is based on) borrowed a bit from Heinlein's Puppet Masters.

Joss Whedon always liked to warn fans in advance that an episode wasn't going to be good by slipping the word bad into the title. Think about it. Bad Eggs. This thread claims it's bad. Beer Bad. Most fans think it stinks. Bad Girls.....okay that's a good one, but Whedon hates it.

I thought it was entertaining. Especially when the southern vampire get's swallowed by the mommy. One less vamp for Buffy to worry about! Plus it pissed off his brother and made him run.

I absolutely hate "Bad Eggs". That one and "Killed by Death" are two of the most worthless eps out of the whole series, IMO.

I didn't hate it as much as everyone else seems to.

I mean, okay, it wasn't anywhere near the best episode ever created. But it's not one that I usually skip.

That episode did rather suck...I mean, I guess it had a funny moment or two...that's about as much good as I can say about it.



Killed by Dath on the other hand was fraking awesome!

It surely wasn't one of the high points of the season, but I don't think it's as bad as you all make it out to be. That one scene with the Bezoar's tentacles coming out of Cordy's bear bag's eyes still freaks me out (plush pet mutilation gets to me 🙁 ). And puppeteered Willow's blank expression after the phonecall and the bit of blood dripping down her back are spooky, too. I agree that a lot of the ep is cheesy, though - especially the big one-eyed monster mama. 😀

I loved Bad Eggs, i loved the Gorch brothers and Xander almost eating the egg. In fact i think this eps a class act, just like Where the Wild things Are.

No, I really don't, sorry! LOL It's got a couple of cool lines and I like the insight into Buffy being scared of hospitals, but I ALWAYS skip that ep when I watch through S2. I've seriously only seen it maybe 4 times in the entire 12 years I've been a Buffy fan; I hate it that much. LOL
