Bad or Annoying Dialogue

Well, since I grew up in Santa Cruz, I get the joke - since UCSC has a reputation as a place of a decent amount of sex and drugs; beach town surrounded by redwood forests, etc.

Also, Marti Noxon went to UC Santa Cruz (I think there are a few Santa Cruz jokes in Buffy, not to mention the fact that "The Lost Boys" was filmed there).

Eve: "Upshot is we've got trouble with a capital "T," and that rhymes with "P," and that stands for "prophecy." Like who says stuff like that?

Well there are a couple of lines I'm not a fan of (e.g. the Cordy - "When it comes to dating, I'm the Slayer" just comes off as silly to me) but the only line where I just actively roll my eyes and consider covering my ears is from What's my line 2

Buffy: "You can attack me, you can send assassins after me, that's fine. But nobody messes with my boyfriend"

Every time I watch it I'm like, say whaaat? Priority check Buffy! Yeah, Angel's important, yeah you're upset about it, but I mean... seriously? To me that's just a stupid line
