Banned?

My friend Adam just joined this board, but he hasn't had the chance to post yet. I looked up his member information (KenshiroUK) and it says he banned? Why? I don't think I'll invite anyone else to join here. All I've had is problems when my friends join. And there's no way it could be that Adam used the same computer as me. He's in England and I'm in America...

It might have accidentally been banned when we had like 75 spam accounts register in one day. His account's been activated now.

And now, when he tries to log on, it doesn't let him, and it won't send it to his email. I tried it myself, and it says, "You have not entered an email address that we recognize. Please try again or contact the administrator."

I'm not sure what to tell him, but he really wants to join here.
