So I challenged Sav to a battle. (Leather glove in the face and everything.)

Here are your first round requirements:
-Use a ship you don't ship
-Only the colors blue and orange
-Use at least one texture
-Use the words "This is Love"

Good luck! 🙂

Oh, shoot. I'm super scared. Like, you're so talented. What am I even doing? LOL. But here we go. (Oh, and also...I suppose this is either going to be a Bangel or Cangel banner then, LOL.)

First round requirements.
- Make the banner centered around a funny moment in either Buffy or Angel.
- Use one gradiant.
- Use two textures.
- Use two different fonts to write the quote.

Fredikins No, it's actually two separate layers. The first one I blur on 46% everything I want to "glow" as you put it. The second, I blur, again on the 46%, everything. The whole layer. Then I adjust the opacity of the second layer until I'm satisfied with it. If there are areas I don't want blurred, on the second layer like Buffy's hair, I erase with it set to 78%.

That whole thing is assuming you were talking about their faces, right?

Yes! Thank you 🙂 and yeah you use the effect in most of your banners. Like the "love you to pieces" one and some of the March Madness ones.

I'd seen it around the boards and played around in Photoshop until I got it how I liked it. 🙂 I like to experiment though. A lot of the things I do I've found on accident just playing around.
