So here we are...WiccanWillow91 wanted someone to challenge with and since we're both just starting out in graphics, it would be a fair challenge!!

Let's start!! (500x150 right?)

So...

-Use Buffy pictures from Season 1
-Use a light blue color
-At least one Texture
-A quote from Season 6

You can find them here or you just google them and there load of sites..the best is deviant art. If you have a particular texture in mind like..I don't know, a pink texture..you can google pink texture deviantart and there are a few links and you can find beautiful stuff. They're like..uhm..I don't know how to explain..they're sorta like wallpapers (in other formats too for icons and banners) with just the background without text or images.. like this: http://greeneyezz-stock.deviantart.com/art/Orange-Yellow-Red-Texture-73874393 to put on your banner and then create different effects..at least, that's how I do it..I'm not even sure if it's the right way.
