I see there is a thread for how to request a banner, but it hasn't been updated in a while, so forgive me if this is in the wrong place, but...

Would someone be as so kind as to make me a Giles/Jenny banner? I lack the skills.

We don't open up threads to requests banners...but you can go here and request it from one of the official banner makers 🙂
