Have a look in Joyce's Gallery, to see what banners are available, or who's style you would like your banner to be made in. I think there is also a list of official banner makers in there as well

Your best bet is to have a look at this thread https://www.buffy-boards.com/showthread.php?t=50513 at those members who have put themselves forward as banner makers. See whose style you like and send the member a PM about what you would like 🙂
