Sorry, I'm a guy too, more people should vote, cause this board is overrun by girls, but it's only 64% in the poll so far!

In answer to the second part, I think the girls are more obsessive about the character/actors and relationships and that guys tend to obsess about the stories and minutiae of the show (sweeping generalisation I know, but I find it's generally true 😉)

I think it depends on the individual, but as you pointed out yourself that was a sweeping generalisation 😉

Judging by the females i've seen, yes most tend to be obsessed with James or David, but for me it was the mix of characters and the storylines that got me hooked.
 
For me it's the perfect blend of intelligent stories and brainless blondes that makes this show so attractive

Im one of the female population that love to obsess about the stories and the lil details of the show more than all the relationships 🙂
