Angel's theme song is great but nothing beats Buffy's theme song!!
 
Ok, I have a secret to reveal...the Angel theme song got me watching both Angel and Buffy. I was watching a show that was aired before Angel (long since cancelled), and I kept hearing this amazing theme song (Angel's). It really intrigued me, so I started watching the show in S3 (!). I quickly realized that I needed to get more background on the characters, so, lucky for me the local sci-fi channel was just starting to air Buffy S1 to S5 in order. I taped 'em and watched 'em all in 20 weeks, then watched S6 and Angel S3. When my head stopped spinning, I realized that these are probably two of the best shows ever made. They may finally end (RIP Buffy), but we'll always have reruns!

I would LOVE Nerf Herder to make it into a song!

ahhh i don't know which one to pick....i think i'm going to vote for angel, i love them both though!!
 
The Angel song is in my music collection--you know, the mp3 playlist with all the songs you like to listen to, and put on shuffle and play constantly....yeah, that one. Buffy's song isn't (Though "Close you Eyes" and the incomparably beautiful and wrenching "Remembering Jenny" are). Angel's theme is just really beautiful--soulful and sort of mournful (the cellos are great), and yet rockin' at the same time.
 
I love the Angel theme song. Before I ever even started watching Angel or Buffy I loved it. My best friend was always talking about these shows that I thought sounded pretty dumb--a girl that slays vampires? Come on, right? So for her birthday I burned some songs for her that included Buffy and Angel's theme songs. I first heard the Angel theme then and had to burn my own cd with it. In case your wondering, we got an apartment together a couple years ago and she forced me to watch repeats on fx. I've been obsessed ever since.
