If you want to discuss awards dates and parties and stuff, please would you mind starting a new thread as I'm looking at this thread to see if anyone has any awards-related questions and I'm having to scroll through a lot of OT posts...sorry to be a pain...hang on, bollocks, I'm not sorry...take it elsewhere please...

if you'd like to have a vote on those. As I've said before, you don't have to vote in all the categories if they don't all interest you or you haven't been around long enough to work out who's cool or helpful or whatever...but stories and art, if it was posted or completed in 2006, you're as entitled as any other member to nominate and vote...honestly, if you would like to nominate in every category, I'm not going to argue (but I would prefer properly considered noms) 🙂

Monthly awards might well contribute to this ageing mod's coronary...annual ones will do for now, as far as I'm concerned 😉

There's not a very diverse range of awards is there. Didn't I demand... I mean request a "biggest asshole" award last year. Jesus, give me something that I at least have a chance of winning. The mr Grumpy award? Worst pretend singer?

What type of community only gives awards to those members who are polite and civil? That's just completely backward.

hey, MR. P, i have a question about the fanfic award. does the fanfic we want to nominate have to be completed? i know some of the ones nominated last year weren't finished *clears throat REALLY have to get that finished* but i was just wondering if the rules had changed?
 
Well, Lyri, it says posted or completed, so I guess yours would qualify, assuming of course you actually posted something for it in 2006. Of course, that is totally up to our adjudicator, Mr. P.

Lyri, I refer you to the reply from m'learned dwarfly friend 🙂 I included the "completed" thing in order to cover any fics that may have been started in 2005 but missed the last awards, so I stand by the original wossname...thingy...wot I said before 🙂
