Just to confirm what CS posted (thanks hun 🙂), no member is excluded from making nominations or voting. The only exclusions that do apply are that mods are not allowed to be nominated for some of the awards that we would like to see go to the "normal" 😉 members...to see who the mods are, click on the "forum leaders" link on the BB homepage...
