a) Jello Biafra (Dead Kennedys). Cause for some strange reason, he really reminds me of Jello. And it would be really interesting.
b) Dru. I think they'd hit it off right away. They'd have such a blast... 😀

The dru thing would probably work. I'm pretty similar to spike in some perspectives (same music taste, similar clothing, weakspot for poetry etc.), just toss in a billy idol hairstyle and there'd be no telling the difference 😉
