Welcome to Round 1 of the BB Icon Contest!!
There will be 3 rounds of this contest, if you're going to participate please be prepared to take part of all three rounds​

The rules:
*Submit 5 icons per category, please, for a total of 15 icons. Icons should be no bigger than 100 x 100 pixels.

*All entries must be PM'd directly to me. Each artist will be assigned a number and the icons will be posted anonymously for fair voting.

*SCREENCAPS ONLY unless it is stated otherwise within the category description.

*Original work only, please! Do not recycle icons from previous rounds, and do not steal other people's work.

*Please do not post your icons anywhere else before the contest. It spoils the surprise!

The Three Themes to Create Icons Around:

Vampires
Pick a vampire any vampire! 5 icons featuring one, several or different vampires. If it's got fangs and bumps it belongs in this category! (not screencaps only)



Pylea
Let's go to another dimension! Show us some Pylea stuff (from Angel) 5 icons



Artist's Choice! Do whatever you feel like! Just make sure the icons are from the Whedonverse!



The entries are due one week from today, i.e. 22/6, please let me know if you feel this is too short of a deadline.

Is the vampires category limited to Whedonverse as well? Or can you pick any vampire as it says?
Edit: the entries will be due in two weeks from today. i.e. 30/6
 
@Mr. Pole Any vampire in the Whedonverse. There are plenty to pick from. Two shows, comics and a movie...

Oh, so comics worked too, it doesnt just have to be a screencap. That was my next question.

Kind of thought of them as screencaps, not sure why, clarified it!
I'm still having trouble getting my photoshop up and running. I'll have a play around with gimp but I just don't think I can get any decent results with it.

(and if anyone is tech savvy send me a message and help me!)
 
Lacked the inspiration for one of the rounds on this one, but hopefully I'll take part in one in the future
