BB Meet Up

As I mentioned before in another thread, anyone in the Southeastern US who might be interested in meeting up, the Dragon Con in Atlanta over the Labor Day wekend would be a good time.

Thats it lol my mom can watch the baby for a weekend come June lol i'm going to NYC 😛 only joking The baby is more important who knows maybe there will be another one in NYC next year and me and the baby will be able to make it.....

Lyri just couldn't make it in March could you! lol

knowing me i'll be in the hospital giving birth while yall are in NYC having fun lol
 
I would sooo love to meet all of you guys!!😀 SOO MUCH! only i dont think i could get anywhere anytime soon! I'd vote Maine. thats the closest state to me i believe!
 
Does it have to be America at all? I don't see any chance for me to get there any time soon, or, in fact, ever
 
You have? Are there any laws or something about it? I am 18, but that's not the problem. The problem is that flights from Germany to the States are not really cheap
I just checked online and the cheapest flight I could find was about 350 € (the most expensive one about 3500€), and that's more than I, a student, can afford.
 
well i dont see why there cant be a few different Buffy meet ups....

I know we have alot of members in parts of europe and alot of members in parts of the states along with so many other places i dont see why there cant be a few different ones world wide.... just see which places are most mentioned... take those places and then look at the locations see how far from each other they are... see if maybe some are closer to each other if so figure out which would be a better location just narrow it down then finally have a BB meet in like Australia, NYC, California, London, etc...... have like 6 different BB meet- ups in 6 different locations so hopefully people could go to the one closest to them
 
I totally agree AB. It means that each person would able to pick the location that has the least travel involved for them. Thus making meet-up much easier and likelier and....erm...fuller....er....
 
well, VisionGuy and i aresstill gonna be in New York on the last Saturday in June, if anyone wants to join us! 😀

I like the idea of multiple meet-ups so that many people could make it to the meeting.
But honetly, I would prefer a big meet-up, with everyone from around the world.
Besides, I live in Germany, the closest would most likably be London, and that's still really expensive and far away from me. And I guess I'm not the only one with that problem, as we have many members from all over the world.

Perhaps a meet-up in Germany. Depending on exactly where it's at, I might come... I live pretty close to the border.
