So a little-known feature that is available on BB, is the News Feed. It is one of the links in the menu under your username on the right hand side of the toolbar.

It will show you activity for everyone that you follow on the board.
To Follow someone on the board, click on their username to bring up their usercard, then click on the Follow link. Or there is also a link on their profile page to the very right of the box where their username is located.
