BB: Who wants to watch some Buffy? (2)

I've seen both shows countless times, so I couldn't do an episode every week. But I noticed others were interested in watching an episode of Angel, which I'm happy to jump on.

As far as I'm aware anyone can watch anything with anyone, this is just the thread to organise it? Or do we need to sign up somewhere?

We don't have to do a sign up list I don't think no. But if we're planning for sunday then I think it would be right to try and have plans worked out by thurs or friday at the latest. I just thought one Buffy, one Angel might be fair to those who are not so keen on watching one or the other.

I'm on my second full rewatch of Angel but there are some stand outs I could think of.

Sorry, I didn't realise it was already organised for Sunday. I won't be available. I just saw a few people talking about the possibility of watching Angel and got interested. Like I said, I thought it was a watch whenever you fancy kinda thing.

No, it can be. I was just pointing out that a few of us have a regular sunday slot and it might be a good idea to work it into that. But it can be any day yes🙂
 
I will be hopefully watching an episode of Angel on Wednesday. 🙂

Was thinking either season 1: In the Dark or season 5: Why We Fight. Comments? Thoughts?
 
People can watch whenever they're free to do so. There's just a been a semi-regular group of us watching on Sunday afternoon. And yes I'll be skipping any Angel re-watches. 😉

In the Dark is a good choice. Its one of the better episodes of S1. I'm about to start S3 on my rewatch so I won't watch any episodes past that point for now. Will try and make the watch tomorrow. If not another time.

Any other suggestions? Any episodes anyone's desperate to rewatch? That includes Buffy! I wouldn't mind some Angel s5. It's one of my favourites. Open to anything.

Maybe Dead Man's Party followed up by Faith, Hope & Trick? DMP has one of my favorite scenes at the end (Buffy & Willow trading funny insults). 🙂

Is tomorrow better for people? I haven't even had dinner yet! And the little one is most likely going to be awake late with this heatwave.

Yeah I really need to get that really cheap version of S3 ordered don't I?😀 Not a big fan of DMP (and I think you'll find the Gilies bit about "you bloody Americans" is actually the highlight😛). Faith, Hope and Trick would be a good one to rewatch sometime though🙂

Amends is a favourite of mine. Will have to do that on one of our sunday rewatches soon. But please wait for me😛
 
As long as my S3 DVD's arrive on time I was going to suggest Amends as the first episode to watch on sunday? Would you guys be happy with that?
