BBtv Scheduling Thread: General Discussion

from the start... or from witch i suppose lol as there wasnt much time in between fri and sat to the sync. but for an onboard sync has to be from the start.

Well that's up to you guys. We can start from The Witch or from WTTHM again.

Saturday's sync was mostly just to test the waters.
 
Ok does this work for people?

Since next Wednesday we will be screening the Halloween Ep's that Weren't how about we schedule our first official screenings of Buffy on monday night the 27th? I'm thinking we will need two, so one at 8pm GMT and one at 8pm or 9pm eastern time? (I think 9 might be better especially for our west coast members).

I think that is a really good idea... granted I'll never see one, but good idea none-the-less.

Actually if you switch either one of those to Friday that should work for her.. it would be Saturday morning/afternoon for them. But I am sure people wouldnt want Friday.. would optimize things of OZ though.

Come on people.. what are everyone's opinions? We cant all have the time nor date that we would like, it is just finding a compromise, the medium ground to get the most possible participants as possible.
 
Ok folks I really want to have this decided by today. If we decided friday it would mean either starting this friday (kinda short notice) or waiting for two weeks as Halloween is next Friday. So let us know what you think so we can make a decision.🙂
 
Friday would (sometimes) work for me, at or after 9PM EST (baby's bedtime is at that time). It depends on my work schedule though, it changes. It's definately better than on the weekends though, cause I'm sure to be working Saturday and Sunday!

I really like this idea, I hope I have time to participate!

How is it gonna work if my computer is in the office and the TV is not though, any ideas?
 
Randi...I usually watch the eps on my laptop while I'm online, it can be a bit awkward but it works.

Ok guys can I take it that this Friday is ok for everyone? 8pm GMT? and 8pm EST if the demand is there?

yeah, my computer is old and won't play my dvds....it kinda sucks.
Friday won't work for me, monday would prob be better... but those are the perils of working in a restaurant, weekends are harder for me... but like I said before, I'll look out for when the screenings are and try to make any I can when my schedule allows 🙂
