Has anyone else heard this song by Kelly Clarkson. I think it's absoulutely brilliant, I think it captures the emotions of people who have been damaged by their parents so well, I could completely identify with every single bit of the song and if i'm honets everytime i hear it it brings tears to my eyes. The other bit of the song I like is the fact its realistic and doesn'y have a happy ending instead it just ends without putting some almost insulting comment like be strong and it'll all be ok in the end.

I know this song has been criticised for it's similarity with Pinks family potrait song and video but seriously ignore that because it is a good song.

I love the song! She wrote it when she sixteen apparently.

Her entire Breakaway album is full of emotion and each song is different - I seriously advise you to buy it. Best album I have ever bought without a doubt...
 
Took me a while to find Kelly Clarkson. Cause uh, I never thought I'd like her. But yea, I do, like her music a lot.. And this song is definitely one of my favourites...
(Had to listen to it now.. awesome.. mhm..)
 
Because Of You is ok, but I like a lot of her other singles off the album a lot better.
 
It's an awesome song, i love it so much, it says on my Itunes i have listened to it 71 times since January.
I love how it was written, and it is a serious song, and shows kelly's true feelings, it's a reay good piece of music, and well aw i just love it.
 
I love the song, too. Best one from her new album. I can't believe she didn't win a Grammy for it.
 
I like the song too, I think she has a great voice, but she's a bit too breathy at the beginning of this one.
 
i like this song. i like the cd is on to(i didn't like cks first cd too much.. only 2 good songs on it.. thats not a good cd 😛)

but i do really like this song! and anita is so right! it does remind me of my mother(who royaly messed me up LOL 😉 omg a better son/daughter by Rilo kiley really does me in.. )

I love this song and the film clip funnily enough reminds me of the relationsip I have with my parents I know not good right.
