Belladonna here, newbie.

Pretty darn good! Spending time with my family. My husband and I did a date night in the house watching some Buffy episodes last night. I'm a total newbie to the fandom and I'm getting him into it too 😀 I was just playing around my my guitar. It's a lazy day. 😀

Glad to hear it, honestly I just woke up a bit ago, I slept in. I'm working on a few fanfics and just enjoying the conversations here.

I'm in some diverse fandoms although I haven't been too active in some their communities. I've been writing fanfics for Buffy (Tv Series), Red Dead Redemption 2 (Game), and Beastars (Anime). I've also been working on a storyline and world for my original characters.

Oh neat! I love RDR2! I've written a ton of Dresden Files fic, some Mass Effect, and some Star Wars (SWOTOR) and just got into writing Buffy like this month haha
 
Glad to hear you folks are writing fan fics as I'm running out of ideas to write about as I seemed to gravitate towards the themes of this TV series, mainly vampires, witches, demons then varying my views into notions of Gods and Goddesses. After 17 years of continually thinking of subjects I find I'm hitting my limit.
The members of this site deserve to have somewhere to go to read about tales of their heroes.

you lucky person getting to wear contact lenses, they do not make contact lenses that I can wear.

I'm sticking with my glasses just because I haven't messed with contacts at all. Plus maybe I could get some Giles style glasses or something fun.

For me I'm also writing a series on my original characters and plenty of other fanfictions. Pretty much I'm on Wattpad for all of that but I may post some of Poison and Fangs on here.

Yeah, I liked my glasses but I have a small head and have to shop in the kids section lol. Also, my two year old likes to grab them and she's STRONG. I don't need $300 glasses broken by cute feral toddler hands haha. Her brother never cared but she is obsessed with glasses.

My contacts are very comfortable. I'm horribly nearsighted but it seems like I'm now a little farsighted and the clarity of text is insane. My eyes just have an issue focusing together and working together, which is more of a lack of muscle than anything else. I just have to train them to work together lol
 
I understand what you mean when you say you need to train them to work together as it is my right hand side eye that varies in direction, it also varies by the sight twisting to the left, when that happens I know to close that eye (double vision is not much fun when one is driving) My problem lies with the nerves that tell the muscles what to do were touched in an operation I had back in 1999.

Fair enough, I would love to try them at some point. Just not sure when I'd be up to trying them on.

definitely talk to your optometrist. The ones I have are really comfy, but glasses aren't terrible, either! I'm probably gonna get a pair just to have on hand for things.
