Correct me if I'm wrong..but I think it was beneath you..it was when spike returned after getting his soul back..and buffy found him at the church...

maybe it was just me but it was just so sad..to watch him..especially while talking yo buffy..you could tell he changed and was just aching inside..I nearly cried when he said to her "Buffy can we rest now", and "she will look upon him with love, and forgiveness, and everyone will love, and he will be loved", or something similar to that. It was just so sad..especially when he burned himself upon the cross.

This is a great episode! I just love the emotion in it, especially when Buffy discovers that Spike got his soul. It's a great moment for Spuffy shippers! 🙂

The beginning storyline isn't so great, between Xander and that girl ( I can't remember her name). I could take that part or leave it. But I just love the Spike and Buffy interaction (duh)

Yeah, he was in so much pain, and he just wanted to prove to her that he had changed..and the look on her face when she realized it.. *tear*

The episode itself was pretty poor, but the scene in the church was just awesome. I personally would have preferred if they had kept the secret of Spike having a soul for a few episodes, drew it out a little. The Church scene was perfect though.

But there was humour in this episode too. That scene at the Bronze where a totally perplexed Nancy is trying to sort out everybody's history with everyone else in the group (like who hasn't slept with whom??, LOL). And then the Anya-Spike fight. Emma Caulfield was very good in this one ("guys, I'm working here" etc.)

Yes, I cried like a big baby. It was such an emotional scene. Spike putting himself on the cross made me lose it, it really threw my heart around & kicked it a few times.

I didn't find the whole episode sad. Just the ending with Buffy and Spike in the church. It was a very emotional scene. The episode itself isn't one of my favorites. The only parts I like are the church scene and the scene with Anya at The Bronze.

I found this episode really boring! That may just be me but...I found it boring, it was sad near the end but with the whole "Nancy" thing...it was boring.

So, you found the episode... boring!:hammer_he

I have a question about this episode.

When Spike says "Angel, he should have warned me. He
makes a good show of forgetting but it's here in me"¦ all the
time. The spark."

What exactly does he mean??
