Split decision: James Marsters and SMG
James in life seems nothing like Spike to me, so that earns him points, but SMG is capable of producing an infinite array of believable emotions, which is a huge bonus.

Honorable mention to Aly, she's done some drastic character contrasts.
 
Alyson, definitely! Shy willow, vampire willow, dark willow, etc.

I voted for Sarah M Gellar/Buffy. She is one of my favorite actresses and she can carry off so many different emotions and stuff that it's hard to believe what her real personality is like because she portrays made up characters SO WELL!

Close second is James Marsters/Spike. Hello, the guy is American! And he has to talk in a british accent the whole time. That's talent.
 
out of the list given i'd say willow/alyson! smg is very good but.....willow.....

Tara was awesome as well, she was not on the list, however... 🙁

I voted for Willow. She seemed to be the best. I mean look at Willow then compare her to Alyson. There is a very big diffrence. I think she is one of the best actresses.
 
Alyson Hannigan! Willow has gone through so many changes, and Alyson has portrayed them beautifully.
