The Willow/Oz scene, cause it was the only normal one, the Buffy/Angel scene was good too, but since some Christians think this is the only good thing about the show (premarital sex leading to disastrious consequences). I'm gonna have to pick the cute thing, the thing that was really about love.

Without that moment we wouldn't have Angel probably coz they'd stay forever together(as it is still meant to be!!) and we wouldn't see more SHIRTLESS moments...

I had to go with B/A, but not in Surprise because that was just sad. But, in IWRY.

I voted Willow/Oz though. They were the best couple on the show, in my opinion!
