Best and Worst Demons

Which demons were your favorites? Which had the best and worst costume/make up? Which were the most original? Any demons that you thought just look really silly, or had stupid powers?

I'll start off easy, for me the werewolf was probably one of the worst costume in the series. I'm not too sure why they changed it either, I thought the wolf in Phases was aright, a bit silly, but still aright. But the later version looked more like a big gorilla than anything else.
 
I think Sweet was the best looking on Buffy. I think Angel had much better makeup in general though. There were many on that show that just looked better than anything on Buffy.
 
Well, I like Lorne - his personality and visual, and Merl (from Angel), was very funny.

Skip. Without a doubt, the coolest looking demon on either show, plus I liked his affable, almost cheery demeanor (even when he turned out to be a black hat).
 
I agree, the demons looked much better on AtS. Echoing @Samuel Reyes that Skip looked pretty cool. I thought the Beast and his horsey hooves looked good too.

Gachnar the fear demon in BtVS gave me a laugh (just watched Fear, Itself last night).
 
The Gnarl demon from 'Same Time, Same Place'. The actor (Camden Toy) was very creepy and reminded he me of Gollum.
 
Personally I preferred the werewolves that actually looked wolfy. Sure it's cheesy, dated stuff now, but I'm not keen on the demon yetis later on... think they could have updated it without steering so far away from what they started like.

I like The Beast, Skip, Gnarl, Sweet, The Gentlemen, Der Kindestod, Eyghon and I liked the Vengeance Demons. There was also that gross drooling guy that tried to eat Cordy when she had amnesia in s4, I thought that was a cool effect.

Worst- Fake the Snake, Loan Shark, Gavrok Spiders, that weird shelled thing that ate crazy people,
 
I agree, the worst designed demon i have ever seen from Buffy/Angel would have to be Werewolves after the first time w'eve seen them (so basically the way Oz looked. The thing looked like a version of a wingless monkey from the Wizard of Oz).
-My favorite demon all around (looks, powers, etc), is The Beast from Angel S4. (Illyria is a god in human form so she is omitted)
-The worst demon for me is Jasmine. The concept of her/way she was presented to us on screen, to me will never sit well with me regardless what anyone can possibly say to me. (Adam is a mutt of a cyborg, human, demon thingy so he is omitted)
 
Other than the ones that have already been mentioned:

Liked: The fish monsters from 'Go Fish' mainly for NOT looking like guys in rubber suits. They looked pretty organic.
The Footmen (those creepy straight-jacket wearing guys that help the Gentlemen)- very creepy.
The demon that poked Buffy with crazy-juice in S6. Bulging eyed freak.
Werewolf-Oz in 'Phases'- looked like a 'Howling' style werewolf, which is the kind I like.
Lagos from 'Revelations' plus (although not technically a demon) Post's lightning-bolt throwing gauntlet was pretty cool.
The apocalypse demons in 'Doomed'
The 'clown' demons from 'Family'

Disliked:
The mother Bezor from 'Bad Eggs'
ANY of the snake demons from any of the seasons- all of them were lame in some way or another. None of them looked real, and all of them died really easily.
The Quellor-thing from 'Listening To Fear' Lame and gross.
