Angel and Spike are the first ones that come to mind. They had awesome chemistry together and the humor was so perfect.

Angel and Doyle is another one. Angel has worked with a lot of people and he's loved Buffy, but other than Cordelia, I don't think he's had a true, true friend like he had with Doyle.

Spike's relationships with Xander and Andrew were awesome.
