The worst of them all was Angelus,but he technically was not a scooby( just as Spike). From scoobies I would choose dark Willow- she was going to destroy the whole world, who can top that????

Other than Angelus I'd say Willow. She was so great as Darth Rosenburg. Creepy chick...yes!!!

Oh, and yeah, Xander had some MAJOR sex appeal when he was bad in the Pack and the Wish. Homicidal maniacs are so hot! LOL! 😛
