My pick would be Tara and Willow. It wasn't a flashy romance, just soft and sweet.

did no one else love Xander and Cordelia? man, they were my fave ship all the way through the high school years. i loved their little secret thing that they had, making out in the closets and stuff. BBB is one of my all time fave episodes...i love the last scene when she chooses to be with Xander rather than doing what Harmony and Co made her do.
