Best Recurring Female on Angel?

Time for another one of my polls! VisionGirl this is for you. MWAH.

Over 5 seasons of Angel, we had a few recurring strong female roles, and not so strong. But here we have a poll for you to tell us all who rocked your world. Before anyone says where is Harmony, she wasn't included as she got herself on those credits for the last 5 episodes, woopwoop. I'm feeling random so with whoever you vote if you fancy saying why you chose them do, but you MUST tell us a random fact about that character in your post of declaring your favourite. 😀

I was umming and awwing whether to include Buffy and Willow as like Harmony they were regulars over on Buffy, but then I decided they should be involved in this poll, as some members may only watch Angel and not even see Buffy and Willow as regulars.

I was torn between Lilah and Faith but I chose Lilah cuz shes awesome and i see Faith as more a Buffy character who appears on angel.

Faith. Faith was so built to be on ANGEL. Her and Angel's relationship are great and awesome.... especially in season when she refuses to let anyone kill Angelus.

I was really torn with this one between Darla, Drusilla, and Lilah. I ruled out Dru, because I felt she was fundamentally a Buffy character. The others were built up on Angel. Lilah is fantastic, but I had to choose Darla. I adore Season 2 of Angel. The way she flitted from one side to the other, her relationships with Lindsey and Angel, her status on every level of their vampiric family tree... I just love the whole character. Oh, and a random fact? Darla is the only character in the 'verse that can get away with ridiculously cheesy lines and puns. I mean, she made the "....worse, we're soulmates" line work!

I didn't notice that Lilah was on the list. 🙁 So I picked Darla, who I adore. She was prodigious on AtS, had a great dynamic with all of the cast, beautiful scenes (Like the ending of Lullaby), and was just brilliant with her many emotional scenes AND her fun scenes (Like in Reunion.).

But, if I could go back, I would choose Lilah. She was impeccably witty, strong, independent, hilarious, persistent, hard-working, and fascinating. Also, totally quotable. 😉

Lilah. She should have been on the opening credits in s4. She deserved it. After Lindsey left she was the face of W&H on the show. Much more than those lame 'superiors' like Linwood and such. She was interesting enough as a character for me to care for her even though she was an evil bitch most of the time 😛

Lilah is and always will be my favourite female Angel character. Dru came is my favourite recurring character.

I personally had to go with Darla myself. Although I love Faith and especially Lilah, there's just Something About Darla. I think it was her character growth most of all that drew me to her. People like Kate and Lilah were the same person the whole way through.

It came down to Darla, Faith and Lilah for me. Drusilla was more Buffy to me and Gwen was cool just not around enough.

I choose Lilah because I just love her. She is witty and had a great storyline. Man what a tough question!

Just seeing the name Julie Benz in the credits nearly caused me to do somersaults when the show was on.

OMG, I didn't see Faith choice so I voted for Anne. No problem, though. Anne is awesome. It's good to see her became a wonderful person.

I'am going to take a non biased approach............ on second thoughts i'll just vote for Buffy 😀

Any sighting of SMG immediately adds more to that specific episode, hence why Sanctuary and I Will Remember You are two of my favourite Angel episodes.

I was really torn between Faith and Darla but I just love Darla's story when she returns to Angel. And Julie Benz is just so captivating to watch on screen.

Buffy is my favorite female character on BtVS, so she's also my favorite recurring female on AtS, even if she's done some wrong things while there.
