Best Recurring Female on Buffy?

Over 7 seasons of Buffy, we had a few recurring strong female roles, and not so strong. But here we have a poll for you to tell us all who rocked your world. I'm feeling random so with whoever you vote if you fancy saying why you chose them do, but you MUST tell us a random fact about that character in your post of declaring your favourite. If yours isn't there just vote Other and tell us WHO!!!

I ummed and awwed whether to include Tara as yes she was a recurring character until her last episode where she featured on the credits. I decided to not include her because I know not only would my vote of gone to her, a lot of our votes would of. It would of been a 1 women race. So think yourself lucky ladies in this poll, you ain't up againest Tara. HA. Tara was a regular in my eyes!!!

Faith gets my vote, the episodes she was involved in were always exciting and a lot of that was down to her nature and how she impacted on other characters.

*shouts* Faith! She should have been regular, though. It would be great either on BtVS or Ats. Joyce is a wonderful character too. Buffy's life must have been tougher without her.

Again turned between Faith and Drusilla but in the end I chose Drusilla 'cause she's completely nuts and I love it when she comes back, I really enjoy..maybe more than Faith (don't kill me) LOL

I don't particularly like Faith, so my vote is going to Harmony. I was a bit stuck on this one, I'm not really a fan of any of the recurring females! Harmony, Glory, Dru and Darla were all awesome though. I loved Vi as well. The only potential I would have liked to see heaps more of.

Faith annoys me sometimes, so I couldn't pick her, her recurring is not that pleasant for me. But that's just me.

By the way, on the list you wrote "Rhonda", did you mean "Rhona"? either way, hated both Rhonda and Rhona.

The Buffyverse certainly gave us better females than males. This list is a tricky one to decide on a favourite but for me it has to be Drusilla after much deliberation. I just love her craziness.
Jenny was a close second.

Definitely Faith. Although I have to say that sometimes I got incredibly annoyed with the OTT "street" language, tho it's more the fault of the writers of course (how many times can we hear her say "yo"?).

I also really like Dru, love Joyce, like Harmony & Glory too. I like Darla as well, but I don't think she gets a fair shake on Buffy, her character is much more fleshed out in Angel. Oh- can't believe I forgot about Jenny Calendar, really liked her too!

I absolutely can't stand Veruca; I'm so glad they killed her off!! I also don't particularly like Maggie Walsh either. Hated Sunday, too, but she wasn't a recurring character.

Dang no love for Joyce eh? It was a close call for me. It was between Joyce, Drusilla, Faith, and Glory. I ended up picking Joyce. The only real reason I chose her was because had she left too early, or not have been in the show at all, we wouldn't have such great episodes like the Body, or we wouldn't get to see Buffy's bfs take to Joyce. ya know? I didn't want to pick any obvious characters. I would've picked Faith for her amazing fights and her sex appeal. Would've picked Dru because who doesn't like a mental vamp? And Glory...oh Glory. She was definitely one of my top 3 big bads(and not too hard on the eyes either). But I feel Joyce is a little underappreciated. My vote: Joyce
