She was just awesome in so many ways. The perfect foe to Buffy, really entertaining, the Big Bad of possibly my favorite season of the series...

I voted for Faith, with Harmony and Drusilla in joint second
 
It was a tough decision between Faith and Jenny for me, but I ended up picking Faith because she had more appearances and her character had more development in the end. But RIP Jenny. 🙁
 
I liked Jenny. I thought that it was nice to have two adults working with the Scoobies, and Jenny and Giles were cute together.
 
Faith. She was an amazing character. We got to see her descent into darkness and finally her ascent into the light. I can't wait to read more of her stories in Angel and Faith.
 
I picked Jenny, but it was a close call between Jenny and Faith. I guess I passed over Faith though because most of her awesome character development happened on Angel and this is about Buffy. Also, Jenny + Giles = love.
 
Definately Faith - she is my top character (along with Buffy). Firstly, she makes Season 3 for me. The progress of her story is so intriguing, her appearance in BtVS really brought something different to the show, her response to her calling so different from Buffy - someone rebellious with a dangerous edge. I loved seeing her becoming more and more dark throughout the show, her relationhsip with the Mayor and then finally her redemption. Plus she's hot which is also a plus 😛

My second favourite would be a tie between Jenny and Darla. I loved Darla in BtVS, but we only just scratched the surface with her in Season 1 and then her reappearances in flashbacks. Darla comes into her own on Angel, and no question she is the best recurring female character on Angel. Druisilla also is up there!!

So many great recurring characters - but Faith is top for me!!
