Best Season 4 Episode?

In a year of hijacking goddesses and demons made of rock, it's obvious that a good episode in this particular season is incredibly easy to come by. My favorites are Ground State, The House Always Wins, Supersymmetry, Inside Out, Shiny Happy People, Home, and the list goes on. But my favorite would have to be Spin the Bottle. How can you not love an episode that gives us some good ol' shallow Cordy and a pothead Fred? Come on, it's golden!

Orpheus

I voted for this episode as I love Faith and Angel showdowns.

Plus guest star Willow was good as she bought a bit of a comical side to the eppy which was needed.

Spin the bottle... It was just, hilarious! Probably needed to be seeing as they went through hell the rest of the season.

This is a great season! My vote goes to Orpheus. The Faith/Angel/Angelus is so good, and interesting.

Also like the Willow part, and this can't go unmentioned:

WESLEY: Oh. So...

WILLOW: Darkness. Been there.

WESLEY: Yeah. Well, I never flayed... I had a woman chained in a closet.

WILLOW: (being supportive) Hey!

WESLEY: That doesn't compare.

WILLOW: No, dark. That's dark. You've been to a place.

Spin the bottle is very good too, so funny, a good comic relief, and it was nice to see some of the old characters again as they have changed so much..

I'm with Time Bomb I really enjoyed Orpheus, especially for the Willow cameo 😀

There were plenty of great episodes in season four, but my favorite is probably 4.09 Long Day's Journey. It was so dark, and so mysterious, and the final fight scene at the end was great.

I gotta go with Apocalpyse Nowish. I loved the fight scene on the roof with The Beast. It was great the way The Beast just kicked their asses. It was also nice to see Wesley help out the group again.

I liked many episodes in season 4 but like Time Bomb and pyromaniac I like Orpheus a lot! and like pyromaniac, I also liked it because Willow appeared in it!

I LOVED "Spin the Bottle" it was such a fun episode and it was even better when I listened to Joss and Alexis' commentary they are so funny together. But my favorite episode of the season had to be "Orpheus" that epi was just to kool I love getting to see Angel's past and having Faith there along for the ride with her witty comments was way entertaining.

I can't pick just one.I love Spin the Bottle because it's so funny and we got to see the old Wesley and Cordy.Deep Down was very good also with all the hallucinations and stuff.Long Day's Journey is one of my favorites too because evryone worked together in that ep for the first time,including Gwen.She should've stuck around.I love Calvary mainly because Lilah finally working with AI.And also because of the very cool Evil Cordy moment at the end.Orpheus we got Willow and Faithy.Inside Out was another very good ep.I loved Home also because of how funny Lilah was.And Fred grabbing that giant sniper rifle was lol funny.

I GOTTA go with Orpheus, one of my all time favorite eps! Love Faith's, "DUDE, you just rescued a PUPPY! You ARE in hell!" and "Candle in the wind...dust in the wind.....there'll be a general wind theme." LMAO! She was so great.

I loved Spin the Bottle and Orpheus. Those are the best episodes that season. Spin the Bottle with Gunn and Wesley going at it all the time and Angel being confused about being a vampire. Fred trying to find weed. Even thinking about it is making me laugh.

It was hard to pick just one.

I was torn between Home and Spin the Bottle. Spin the Bottle is just hilarious, Fred cracks me up in the ep. But, I liked Home, because we get to see the characters excelling in their own little areas, and it gives us an insight into W&H.

Orpheus cause of Willow and Faith and also because I loved that Alyson was telling Alexis that she was gay. That was just so funny to me. She was telling her husband that she was gay. (I know that they were in character, but still it made me crack up.)

That was hilarious! Have you seen the DVD extras? I think on the gag reel it shows her making eyes at him during that scene, too funny! I think this is the only time I saw them actually playing opposite each other after they were married. They have a lot of chemistry together, even tho she was gay Willow and he was Wes, so their characters were not romantically involved.
