This was the year of Evil Willow and kind-of-gay nerd trios. With a season full of angst, most people don't consider this a good season. But it's actually my favorite, which means it's tough for me to choose just one great episode. But I had to go with Once More, With Feeling of course! How can you diss a musical?
 
Nah, you can't diss a musical. OMWF is one of my absolute favorite episodes... (Along with The Body.) I'm such a musical fan, and it's all incredibly beautiful... And just the idea of making a musical episode is so great it could make me cry, honestly...
 
OMWF for me, but it's not an easy pick. I LOVE this season with all it's darkness, I really like Bargaining I and II, flooded, afterlife, Tabula Rasa, Normal again (i could just go on for ever so I just stop here).. ahh so much good stuff. But the musical just feels so special, it's magic..
 
My favourite all-time Buffy episode is Once More With Feeling! So I had to vote for it. I also loved Tabula Rasa, Two to go and Grave.
 
I would vote for Bargaining Pts. I and II...but they weren't together! I loved OMWF, and Tabula Rasa, and so many others, but for me..these two were just...WOW when they originally aired (and still are when I watch on DVD.)

I just rewatched season 6 and the Bargaining episodes are so great!!
OMWF is the winner going away, but like buffet, S6 is my favourite, so it is hard to choose. Tabula Rasa, for the Michelle Branch appearance and musical contribution is up there, as well as Normal Again...it has a great premise, a lot like some of the stuff Deep Space Nine did with the same idea. Hard choice, but...OMWF.
 
although i have a few faves in this season, (OMWF, tebula rasa) i think my fave ep of the season, and my overall fave ep of the WHOLE show, is normal again. i like it because it really makes you think. was it all part of buffy's imagination? is that why so many things went wrong in her life?
it's a cool theory i think!!
 
Although brilliantly done, I'm not much of a musical fan, so OMWF didn't get my vote

I went for Seeing Red, the ending was one of the biggest shockers in all of Angel/Buffy. Putting Amber in the credits was an evil trick!
 
100% one of the best seasons! =D So many great eppys Ilove them all so here some of my fave!

Once more time with feeling, it was such a classic! The idea of one eppy turning into a musical was amazing, I loved all the little singing and dancing bits and all the dramaticness was cool, I liked the idea that it was making them all spill thier deepest secrets and it turns out it was all Xanders fault lol!

I also loved Tabula Rasa, I loved the fact that everyone was totally confused and didnt even know their name lol! Randy as Spike and Giles son how mad can it get!??! Brilliant! But I was totally upset with Willow and Taras split up in this eppy at the end, Willow realised what she had done!

I also totally loved the opening eppys Bargining prt 1 and 2 WOW! Buffybot lol! I never thought that Anya,Willow,Tara and Xander were gonna bring Buffy from the dead it was a shocker! And I liked the idea of it sort of going wrong but it made me feel sorry for Buffy as she had to "Pick her way" out of her grave,as SPike knew of it, and He was so sweet to her at the beginning, you could tell it was very hard on Dawn to see her sister again.

Season 6 a great season, big thumbsup! =D
 
What are you crazy? I'm not CHOOSING! was going to be my choice but by far my favourite episode of all time is OMWF so I had to go for that. S6 is full of so many classic episodes, it is my favourite season too!!!

Oh my God! I thought it was just me who thought that! Hehe! I thought that because they'd put her in the credits it meant she was going to be in every episode from then on and be a cast regular! But then again, since she already had been pretty much a cast regular since S4 wouldn't you think they'd have put her in anyway? Yes, that was very cruel if it was just to mess with our minds! ???
 
Well I chose Tabula Rasa because i just love the show i mean come on Joan the Vampire Slayer. but Once more with feeling was a close second. love it!!!!!!
 
it has to be Tabula Rasa for me, spikes rant at giles, giles and anya doing bunny spells and of course Umad! oh and the random shark guy! i love a useless villain!
 
Grave was my favorite episode of the season. I don't really like season six very much though, there were only a few episodes that I liked. But I really liked the last episode of the season, it was really good. I loved Evil Willow, and thought her quest for vengeance was great, but when she feels the pain of the world and decides to end it...well, that's just awesome. One of my favorite scenes of all time is the one where Xander stops Willow from ending the world. It made me cry. 🙂
 
I chose "Once More With Feeling" because I thought it was really great how they all actually sang their parts....it was really great.....

and who else thought Anya had a beautiful voice????
 
My fave is OMWF but I really liked season 6 so I have many favorites. Besides the musical I loved Bargaining, Afterlife, Tabula Rasa, Wrecked, Two to Go and Grave. I thought all of the season ending episodes starting with Seeing Red were exciting and I loved the first of the season where she came back.
 
I know there are lots of people who didn't like season six but I felt it gave us a cornocopia of wonderful episodes however when I think of "best" I have to think of an episode I've watched over and over and over again. I'd last put the count at around 86 and maybe more. not to mention the soundtrack 😉

This was a really hard one! I went with OMWF obviously but I love Season 6 for so many reasons. Normal Again and Tabula Rasa are 2 of my all time favourite episodes....
 
You know what I never understood about Normal Again? And I love that episode....fantastic! Anyway, how did Buffy know which reality was the right one? They both were just so REAL. I never understood why she chose the one she did.
