I liked them all for different reasons so i cant pick an episode but if you were to ask for my favourite moment it would be the inspiring speech Spike gave Buffy.

I had to go with I can't pick just ONE, too......Chosen is, of course, running a very slight first, but I loved so many of s7's eps that I couldn't justify just picking Chosen. Conversations with Dead People was SO great, I loved Willow's angst when she thought Tara was talking to her, and couldn't reconcile what she was saying with the kind of person Tara was.....and her sadness at not being able to communicate fully, it was so heartbreaking. Beneath You, with Buffy, "This monster burst through solid concrete and ate her DOG!" and Anya, "awwww, puppy!" That was hilarious. Touched, the ultimate Spike and Buffy moment. I'm a Bangel shipper, but I have to admit, there was love there......some form of it, anyway! Storyteller was just plain funny. Andrew at his nerdy best. End of Days, "Thank god we're hot chicks with superpowers" says Faith. "Takes the edge off" says Buffy, and then the woman in the tomb, tha Gaurdian, "No, really!" when Buffy tells her her name. The cookie dough speech.....ahhhh, there were so many moments I love in s7!

spike's speech to buffy was just so beautiful, i actually cried! the two of them falling asleep in each others arms was so sweet.
plus, we had other couples 'getting it on' xander and anya in the kitchen, complaining about the noise was funny...but the scene with the two of them on the floor was funnier!
yep, 'touched' was my fave ep of S7...with 'chosen' running a very close second!

I'd have to go with LMPT because it's the best Spike episode, and it shows how different he actually IS from other vampires.
My second choice was CwDP but something is still missing on that episode.. Tara. Can you imagine how different would've been with The First taking her appearance? One. Pretty. Painful. Ep. In my opinion.
