Best seduction/courting

There's been a lot of best kisses and things like that now for a while so I thought I'd make a a seduction/courting thread. Which one is your favorite seduction scene or courting and why?

I guess I could make a poll out of it, but I'd just forget someone and then it's look stupid so here are the ones I remember right now. Please add the ones I've forgotten.

Buffy/Angel- The entire mysterious thing plus coffee and all that.
Xander/Cordelia - "Oh I hate you so much right now!", "You wanna makeout?"
Willow/Oz - Who's that girl? plus the Willow kissage and freeze frame.
Buffy/Riley - The bench scene in Initiative.
Xander/Anya - Interlocking bodies plus squirt (-ing of the fruit juice). Then later on with the everybody's having sex, why should we miss out on the fun?
Willow/Tara - The "handshake" all the way into "I am you know."
Buffy/Spike - See Xander/Cordelia plus fists&fangs, minus the clothes
Anya/Spike - Table and alcohol can only lead to one thing
Willow/Kennedy - I have a thing plus lick-able equals air clearing
Spike/Dru - Their Sid and Nancy posing.
Wood/Faith - My mum is dead. The only father's figure I've ever had is dead. And they talk to us, let's boink.

Cordelia/Doyle - Rather similar to Xander/Cordelia but with a touch of death
Angel/Kate - What can I possibly say about this one?
Gunn/Fred - Love triangle that comes to an end beautifully in Waiting in the Wings
Angel/Cordelia - Waiting in the Wings. Friendship into love. In his dreams.
Gunn/Gwen (was that electrogirls name?) - I'm electric. No you're not.

Remember your favorite seduction/courting thing doesn't have to be your favorite ship.
 
I liked Buffy/Riley. It mirrored some of my own courtings/seductions and I thought it was the most relatable.

I especially love when he decks Parker for talking crap about Buffy.
 
Cordelia/Angel, WITW, dreams, everything.

Spike/Dru. God, I loved them so much!

God, I keep forgetting. Okay, it's a three way tie between those, and Cander.
 
Willow/Tara definately... I was so suprised that they went that route with them, but I liked it. It was different, and sweet... They were always sweet... They were perfect for eachother, and that's evident for one reason... One died... That always has to happen... "Lets kill the best relationship on TV" 😛
 
I know it didn't lead to anything but Buffy's little seductive dance in "When She Was Bad".

Ooh one that did happen (but you haven't mentioned it) is Darla's seduction of Angel in AS2, with the dreams and stuff. Hot!
 
Mines a tie....

Doyle/Cordy:He was just so cute,trying to get her to like him...they would've make a great couple...*sigh*

Spike/Dru:Quite possibly the zaniest TV couple..I loved their relationship,and I loved how she vamped him and I think their scene in "Fool For Love" was great,lol...

Willow/Oz:SO CUTE.I loved them as a couple,they were such opposites,and that's part of what made them so great...I missed Oz!!!*sighs again*

But yeah,mine's a 3-way tie... :jumping40
 
It would be Buffy and Angel. Yeah, I'm bias but I loved their whole relationship. Every part of it.

Tara and Willow's courtship comes in second 🙂

(Side note: I feel really old saying Courtship...lol..)

I'd have to say it's Willow/Kennedy because... my gf.. (Amber Benson for those of you who don't know), actually showed me what they did on the show... i have to say i liked it a lot, and i'm guessing it was pretty hott and passionate. Just the right mixture... mmmmm girls. *cough* ok so yeah. that's my opinion :spinface:
 
I'm a sucker for Anya's directness and the interlocking part.

Then I'm quite fond of Faith and Woods random hoping on the good foot and doing the bad thing. It was all so sudden and in a way big with the comedy.

Alas how could I almost forget Buffy Riley, they were so cute together in season 4, before Adam and all that. They were actually really good together before they were really together.
 
Ooh, ooh, yay! Great question!!

1. Gotta be Willow and Tara. It was so sweet and sexy and such a great foundation for their relationship

2. Buffy/Riley: Oh, they were sooo cute before there was badness! I loved the "petroleum. Tonight you have crude oil" and the scene on the bench, "You're a little peculiar" and the picnic with the whole "driving" conversation...sorry, slight Riley-groupieness there. Big ol' chunk of hunk. mmmm.

3. Gunn/Fred (Again with the tall hunk of a man) They're so sweet and so relateable. I wanted to feel bad for Wesley, really I did, but I just couldn't.

My top three. Cutie pies!
 
Well, in terms of seduction:

I think Buffy/Xander in BBB, would is classified as major seduction (had Buff not been turned into a rat)

I'd have to say the scene outside the Bronze ending FFL. I'm a sex and violence type of gal myself.....like everyone here didn't already know that! :shootme:
 
I can't believe nobody put Wesley and Fred on this list. I know the duration of their time together was limited because of the situation with Illyria, but that just made it that much more meaningful.

There's no doubt in my mind that these two were the best matched couple on either show. filled with curiousity yet limited by insecurity...they developed along side one another, grew stronger and closer. Until one day, it all opened up in front of them. And they saw hope and love and understanding.


And in typical Joss fashion, that happiness inevitably leads to heart-wrenching loss. The episode (A hole in the world) where Fred is "killed"...when Wesley is reading to her, when he kisses her, when he holds her body and just whimpers "please, please"...I cried my eyes out and still feel an emptiness in my chest just thinking about it.

So this is my winded way of saying that I think Wes and Fred had the best courtship on either of the two shows. it was certainly worth the wait...
 
Seduction scene:
Angel's dream in Amends. He starts kissing Buffy and she pulls his shirt off then he and Buffy stop kissing for a second and just look at each other then start getting really passionate. It's sexy but it's also beautiful.
