Best side of Wesley?

What do you think?

I like Wes when he is being funny - like when he falls over or when he stuck his axe in the wall in front of Cordy's friends in expecting. Also - when he danced at Cordy's party and had the big conversation about his jumper! lol!

Wes is the best character on Angel and im looking forward to him either being a majorly bad guy or a majorly good guy i hope the last but wither way more of wes cant hurt, nothing made me laff more than what he said to lylah after he u know whated her.

But for the fun of it, I'll pick...and I'm gonna say....research mode Wesley. I'm sorry, but he's so cute with all the books and ugh! I need a life 😉
He gets my attention no matter what. Although...when he was dancing around in his boxers in Blood Money I was sorta scared...but still!

I like the picture they've developed of Wesley as a whole -- past, present, future, and even a couple of alternate realities.

(Has it struck anyone elseafter this last/second episode that Wes seems to have taken on a role like Whistler in Buffy Season 2 -- actively trying to keep the forces of good [Angel & AI] and evil [Lilah & W&H] in balance?)

Actually I like all of them, but at the moment I really like him being all "dark" and stuff. And Tyra ur right the whole picture of him is nicely developped. And maybe ur right him keeping it in ballance. But did I miss some part, who's Whistler ?

Just realised I accidentally put 2 'dark Wes options. Oh well. Means I must have missed out another side of him!😀

He may have looked sad, but he IS better of alone, none of them ever really apriciated him I guess. It was always good work Cordy/Angel/Gunn even Fred. Never him! also not when he was still in Buffy. He screwed up big time with Faith (not his fault) and he got pointed out as the guilty one. THAT is sad!

Whistler was the smart-mouthed, loud dressing demon in Becoming Pts. I & II on Buffy Season 2 who got Angel to start helping Buffy to balance the forces of good and evil.

Then, when Angel lost his soul, he told Buffy how to kill Angel and stop the apocalypse -- again, to balance the forces of good and evil.

He gave advice and commentary, but never got personally involved.

Yeah, right now I remember, that Wishtler dude wasn't he Irish, he looked a bit like Doyle, maybe he was also working for "the Powers that Be" ... his name is stolen from Blade, that was lame!

I don't think he was Irish, but I read somewhere (Angel Casefiles?) that they originally intended to use Whistler instead of Doyle in Season 1, but the actor had other commitments.

Wow! No offense to the guy that played Whistler but I'm SO glad he wasn't in it! Doyle is the best. They were similar characters to begin with weren't they!
