I loved the moment when Buffy played the Buffybot to find out what he told Glory. I love the moment when Buffy found out that he didn't tell her anything and then Spikes face when he realise it is real Buffy!

Well it's hard to choose; I really loved the moment in School Hard when he says:
"And if I had to do it all over again, I'd... Oh who am I kidding, I'd do it the EXACT same way, except I'd do this!" *kills the Annointed One)

I also love every good Spuffy moment, especially when they spent the night together in "Touched"
