Definitely Firefly. It fits the show so perfectly, and the fact that Joss actually wrote it makes it even more impressive. Still, I like the Dollhouse theme a lot, too...at first, I didn't like it because it wasn't quite as catchy as the other themes, but now, I find myself humming along to it during every episode.

Also, to be honest, I don't get all of the love for the Buffy theme song. I don't like it at all, mainly because it's way too light and sunny compared to the dark tones of some episodes.

Yeah the dollhouse theme song is one that grew on me, angels i loved rightaway, but now i do find myself humming dollhouse a lot. Especially when im at home and no one else is, i can La la la laaaa until my hearts content.

Buffy. It's unique, extremely catchy, has the signature werewolf sound effect which matches so well, and seems almost exclusive to its series; picture any other show using the Buffy theme song -- It wouldn't sound right, IMO. Angel's theme is more darker, almost depressing and catchy too. It fits the show, but simply isn't as stimulating as BTVS's, or as memorable. Firefly's theme sounded dull. I actually had to listen to it twice just to be sure that was the song voted second to Buffy, and above Angel. Dollhouse sounds okay, third-ish.
 
The one thing the people seem to be agreeing on fully is that Dollhouse doesn't deserve the title. Currently 4 votes Angel, 4 votes Buffy, and 4 votes Firefly. Dollhouse gets no love.

I voted Angel. Buffy's is catchy and likeable, but I always thought it didn't fit that well with the tone of much of the show. Angel's is a better fit. And I love the show Firefly, but the song really isn't for me....basically Al and I are exact opposites on this one!
 
I voted Angel. I think it captures the show perfectly, and it just sounds beautiful. But it was a hard choice between that and Firefly.
 
Love the theme from Angel. However, NOTHING, literally nothing will ever compare to the themes from these 70's shows,

What! Dollhouse's theme still has no vote? It's kinda sexy beautiful song. But for me, it's nothing if you don't watch Eliza along with the song. Now I wanna take my vote for Buffy's theme back and give it to Dollhouse's. 😛
 
I love all the theme's for different reasons but overall I love the Angel theme the most. It might be because I had prior exposure to Darling Violetta before the show but I just love the sound of it and how it represents the show. For some reason though my favourite part of any theme is the Dollhouse one where it sounds kind of xylophone-y. Don't know why, just love it.
 
edit- Oh crap, I thought I was in a different thread...nevermind. lol...Anyway...

Yea, it would be Firefly for me. Buffy never did much for me, I never saw it as defining the show or 'different'...just akward. Angel's is pretty good and I liked it enough not to skip through it every episode. Dollhouse is pretty weak and boring.

Firefly just seems to sum up the show, its catchy, and its written by Joss.
 
Firefly. The only theme song I want to sing along to.
