I think that the best weapon used to stake a vamp was Harmonys unicorn.Wha do you guys think?

I agree with lots of answers above: MR. POINTY! Except it never actually dusted a vamp. Just got some screen time and a big fan base. 🙂

My favorite weapon that actually killed a vampire was the car door that Buffy used in that one ep where Dawn fell in love w/ the vamp. Whatever episode that was.

i thought it was pretty ingenious of buffy to trick Kralik in "helpless" with holy water instead of regular water.
