There are so many to choose from! I mean... I could be fanatical and say that everything Willow said was great to me, and it partially was, but some of my favourites include -

1. Aren't you naturally sort of buff, Buff? *cute giggle* Hmm, Buff Buff.

2. Maybe I'll have my minions take you out back and kill you horribly

3. Not during the day...but you could ask him for coffee some night. It's the non-relationship drink of choice. It's not a date, it's a caffeinated beverage.

Hey you have the lyrics to Tara's song in once more with feeling Under your spell great song
I love the famous 'Doodle' line, teehee. That one is definitely a classic.

I also love:

'Do you see any goats around? No! Because I sacrificed them!' and in the same scene 'Fill me with your black naughty evil'

And I love the way Alyson delivers this line with the little wry expression in Buffy vs Dracula:

'A good Sunnydale rule of thumb? Avoid white-skinned men wearing capes'
 
I LOVED Willow's whole exchange with her mom in Gingerbread...I know, she was sort of the parent who was totally uninvolved, but I would've loved to see her in more episodes...oh, and I wish they'd shown Oz having dinner at their house. Can you imagine the awkwardness?

my favorite quote would have to be from Doppelgängland when willow says, "That's me as a vampire? I'm so evil. And skanky. And I think I'm kinda gay!"
 
Willow was hilarious pretending to be Vamp Willow. She just has too many memorable quotes to pick from. I love:

''Okay. Oxygen becoming an issue.''

''It's really nice that you guys missed me. Say, you all didn't happen to do a bunch of drugs, did ya.''

Haha, I was just about to make this thread! Anyway my favorite Willow quote wasn't even a quote. It was an action. In Doppelgangland whe she waves at Oz. God that was hilarious! Anyway, my favorite Willow quote was:

Willow- I wish Buffy was her.

Willow- I wish I had a million dollars. (Anya gives her a weird look) Just checking.

I love the Willow-Anya verbal jabs in Triangle. 🙂

And there is that quote about Miss Kitty Fantastico when willow says that when you think the cat can't be any cuter she does something new and redefines the cuteness scale. I wish I could remember in which episode this happened.
 
Ahh there's so many to chose from...but i'll chose one from the episode i just watched, sorry it's a bit long:
