Season One: Quiet and Nerd
Season Two: Starting to date, opening up
Season Three: Dating, small spells
Season Four: becoming lesbian, good with spells
Season Five: very thoughtful of friends (Buffy, Joyce, Dawn) and lover (Tara)
Season Six: Really, really good with spells (even a little too much)

It's gotta be season 3 for me, i mean, she had Oz, so she became marginally cooler by dating a guitarist, she had the whol 'affair' with Xander, which showed that she wasn't perfect after all, and then she was late to graduation cuz she was having sex with Oz in the back of his van! Hello? a real nerd would never be late for Graduation!!!

Season 3; bit of Season 2. In my opinion, Willow is a character who was brilliant throughout every season; it just comes down to choosing a favorite. I hate to see Willow being defined by her relationship with Oz, but it's always a plus.

I have to say season six. i really liked new moon rising in season 4, so there was some leverage there. In season 5 there's not really much on screen willow and tara-ness, and i really liked her hair style then. So that is why I came to the conclusion that season 6 is mah fave! 😛
