I think Buffy would win, Faith is a great fighter...but Buffy has more experience, more training, and Buffy wasn't the one in a coma for all those months. lol.
 
lol, doubt it, people that awake from a coma usually have to go through physical therapy since their muscles are sooo weak from not using them for so long.

Although, Buffy kicked Faith's a$$ once, so why couldn't she do it again. 😉
 
She's kicked her ass more than once, like, every time they've fought LoL. There's a dead give away there that Faith could never beat Buffy. Even during the body switch when Faith was Buffy, and Buffy was Faith, Buffy still won even though she was Faith and Faith even had Buffy's skills and what not (did that make any sense?)
