Trivia:

- Buffy was turned into a rat in this episode to enable 'Sarah Michelle Gellar' to have the time off to film "Saturday Night Live"

- Oz's band, Dingoes Ate My Baby, perform on stage for the first time since their first appearance in "Inca Mummy Girl."

Goofs:

- Amy and Giles are in the Chemistry lab performing a spell reversal. When the potion lights up and with a blast, Giles' tie flies back and a string is visible.

- When Cordelia and Xander leave the school it's daytime, but on the next shot when they walk towards Buffy's home, it's already dark.

- When Angelus throws Xander off the roof of Buffy's house, you can see a row of six two-by-fours propping up the porch rafters to support the weight of the stunt men on the roof.

- Previously when Spike attacked the school the library door was barricaded from the inside successfully, but here the door is shown to open from the outside.

References:

- "Who died and made you Elvis?" Elvis Presley, known as the King of Rock n' Roll, was an insanely popular singer beginning in the late 1950s.

- "She loved you before you invoked the great Roofie spirit." Roofie is a common slang term for Rohypnol, the so-called "date rape drug," which is all too frequently put to bad use by guys who slip it to their unknowing dates, then take advantage of the girl's subsequent tranquilized daze.

Best quotes:

- Xander: It's time for me to act like a man... and hide!

- Rupert Giles: Might I have a word?
Buffy: Have a sentence even.

- Cordelia: If we die in here, I'm gonna kick your ass, I mean it.

- Cordelia: You're a sheep. All you ever do is what everyone else does just so you can say you did it first. And here I am, scrambling for your approval, when I'm way cooler than you are 'cause I'm not a sheep. I do what I wanna do, and I wear what I wanna wear. And you know what? I'll date whoever the hell I wanna date. No matter how lame he is.

Soundtrack:

- "Pain" - Four Star Mary

- "Drift Away" - Naked

- "Got The Love" - Average White Band

I LOVE whenever Dingoes appear on the show. Oz doesn't get enough time as the cool guitarist. 😉 Plus, Four Star Mary's music is amazing, although "Pain" isn't my fave Buffy song by them- that goes to "Dilate". 😉
This episode is too cool. Gotta love all the love-crazed women chasing Xander everywhere!!! 😀
