Hmm, that's interesting. I don't watch the Vampire Diaries past having it in the background occasionally, but maybe I'll tune in again next week just to see. Maybe this time her character will have a more promising ending than Kendra did!

I've seen her in Bones(2001)(the film with Snoop Dogg, not the series with David Boreanaz 😛). She didn't have accent like in BtVS. 🙂

I knew it was her, I mean dont get me wrong at times I went Nah, but I knew it! I completely forgot to look it up but this is so good to know. She was really good at playing Bonnies Ancestor Emily. I mean grant it its not like she had alot of lines but it was still really good to see her again. She is hard to find on shows because of the loss of accent that she used playing kendra and the fact she always looks so different than when she was on Buffy.

Bianca Lawson to Return as Emily on The Vampire Diaries
As previously reported, The Vampire Diaries isn't through with 1864.
The series will flashback to that time period again this winter, as viewers meet Damon and Stefan's father Giuseppe, played by James Remar.
That same February 4 episode - titled "Children of the Damned" - will also mark the return of Emily, Bonnie's great, great, great, great grandmother and Katherine's handmaiden.
The character is played by Bianca Lawson (pictured), who has also appeared on shows such as The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Bones. For now, she's only booked for that one installment.
