ok, kidding lol... well, kinda... now they've taken down Twish!te and The First Evil, Buffy and co decide to actually hunt down The Powers That Be and demand an explanation for all this crap happening... especially due to Whistler's bull in season 8.... when they finally find The Powers That Be, they find it's just one guy, who strangely looks a lot like Joss Whedon lol

They never took down or destroyed the First Evil. They simply ruined its plans for upsetting the balance of good and evil. The First Evil still exists within all sentient beings. Look at what happened to Angel and his friends in that show's last season.

I wanna see how Buffy reacts to Connor and I wanna see if Willow still has a thing for Fred (who is now Illyria).

As I recall, Willow's "thing" for Fred was never serious. And she is still in a relationship with Kennedy.

No big bad; a syndicate of demons and baddies pool their resources together to take down the slayer army. It would force the team to focus on multiple enemies; which would force them to interact more than in season 8.

Well, the Slayer army is no more, at least not in the way it was in s8. Maybe the other Slayers will get over their resentment at Buffy and band together in s9, maybe not. But we definitely need an explanation of what is happening with all the other slayers.

No, not exactly, he has the Slayer memories, Melaka his twin has the Slayer powers. Honestly, I consider her more the Slayer than him. Plus, he's not exactly on the side of "good".

I just read in a Georges Jeanty Q&A that he stated that the guy with the glasses is going to be the Big Bad of season 9. He also talked quite a bit about Simone (the rogue Slayer), & it sounded like she'll be back as well. She did have Buffy's picture on her wall as a target.
