Buffy movie to be released no later than june 15th 2003-2004
joss whedon is looking forward to making the movie, the cast of buffy and the producers will most likely be in the film
 
Oh My Goodness! If you are joking, I might have to kill you. This is the greatest news I have heard all day; no joking! Ahh! This is brillant. There needs to be more Buffyness in the world, and this only adds to my fun. 😉 I think I might just die, come back, and die again. This is huge news for me. I'm going to go tell everybody I know. Ahh!😱

i might just have to kill you if it's not true!!! where did you hear this from as we know joss is a very busy man! (with the new ripper and firefly series' and all)
 
Firefly series??? And is the Ripper series the one that ASH is in now?? I hadn't heard anything yet on what his series was supposed to be about, just that it loosly ties into the BtVS ideas....
 
Actually i haerd the same thing bout film shooting is tentitivly shcedueld to begin at beging of 2003. After filming of the first seasons of firefly and ripper.
 
I wonder if the movie will pick up after the end of season 7. Will they do an x-Files thing. That would be so cool. espicailly if Ange's and crew are in it!!

Before everybody starts freaking out: Where exactly did you get this information? A website? If so, please post it.

I would assume they'd make a movie, since the series is going to be ending next season, but it just seems so soon, especially, with like people said, Joss being uber-busy with "Firefly", the animated "Buffy" series, "Ripper" and so on.
 
where did you get this info at? i haven't hear anything bout the movie yet.

That would be great if there was a movie coming out but I wouldn't keep my hopes up. I mean like its been said where exactly did this information come from and it says loosely start filming. That doesn't really mean it has to happen. I don't mean to be a downer but I'd rather be sure it was going to happen then end up being crushed when it doesn't happen.

That's true, TM. I hating getting my hopes up then having it not happen. That just ruins my entire bits of happiness I still have left. I'll be overwhelmed with happiness if this does indeed occur, but for now, I don't think this is really going to happen. So AnYa!Harris1120, are you going to tell us where you got this information or not?
 
im so terribly sorry you guys but i really dont remember, you see i got some info in an email and when i was done i had to immediatly tell you guys so , by not thinking i deleted it , permenatly and so now i dont know where i got it from, but if i hear anymore comments anywhere about it i be sure to let you all know first!
 
Aww. Well letsall hope its going to happen. And for my sake and all the buffy fans that are under 15 and 18 lets hope its a 12. But then if its out 2003 Ill be 14 and i will be able to maybe get in.
